• In addition to the funds provided, we support the CEO and management to contribute to the success of the company.
• Alongside management, we provide sector knowledge, a network of experts, assistance in developing the order book, international business contacts, and skills in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
• We sit on the Board of Directors and/or the Strategic Committee as an observer.
